They still have postal option. You need to call the customer care and they can generate a payment link for you. As per the information given on the website, if for in-person the payment can be done via Debit card/cash as well. Thanks!

Here is my breakdown of old and new PCC charges :
1. Previously it was 88 dollars plus tax for purolator service for pickup and drop off from our home
2. And a demand draft from canada post or any bank in the name of BLS INTERNATIONAL CANADA INC which will be around 41 dollars with tax.
NEW CHARGES:
1. The new purolator services is only available if you call the customer care, so they will generate the payment link to pay the money for pickup and drop off which will be around 144 dollars.
2. But if we go in person to any of the BLS office in GTA, there is a service saying "Premium Lounge" where they will charge 100 dollars. This will include services including filling the pcc application, submitting all the documents etc.
3. It's better to take our photos required for the application, otherwise in person BLS they will charge 35 dollars for 2 photos.
NOTE: If we choose to use the regular appointment service by BLS through in person, across GTA to finish the process it will take 1 whole day, as most of the offices their service is way too slow.

if we go inperson to BLS, we can avoid the courier charges right? which they are charging around $100.
Next, how can we get the PCC copy? just an email? or any other physical copy from BLS?

Always welcome. No need to submit any original documents in BLS Office. We need to carry all original copies with us just for verification. If needed they will collect the xerox copies from us.
