  • Hey guys! Happy Saturday!!
I decided to give the visual of how to do remote raids in Poké Genie...
To get to the “Raid” section in Poké Genie, tap on the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen. There will be a menu of options when you tap on it and a section called “Raid”
This recording is during Rayquaza raid weekend, and I’m using Rayquaza as an example.
NOTE: queue times may vary, this happened to be very quick, some had low queue times and took forever to do (to the point I left and decided to do another raid). This mostly happens with three to one star raids.
Five stars and mega raids queue times are really fast no matter how long the queue line is.
I also censored the Host’s friend code, because I don’t want you guys friending him lol.
I also had issues right when the Host sent me the raid invite (I got the notification but PokémonGo app was wonky so I had to restart...made it in the raid with 18 seconds left lol)...but there is a notification on when the Host sends you the raid invite.
It’s super simple and easy to do, also one of the best ways to get more friends! You can choose all the raids available!
Not all the Hosts will keep you as friends as they will unfriend you after the raid. Some won’t do the raid invite and just friend you and some will keep you as friends after the raid. I had all these happen to me
This is also the BEST way to do raids that come out the next for events (like me)...and possibly regional Pokémon like Uixie and Mespirit (maybe, have to wait till they come back again).

@@scylve9044 Thank you!! Max is 20 people (although if you are a remote raider, max is 10 remote raiders in a lobby. If you are in person at the gym, it can go to the max of 20 people). You can have a combination of 10 remote players and 10 in person players.

Does poke genie stop doing raids at certain times? I was told I was number 74 in line for a raid, now its almost mid night and my place in line has been stuck at number 11 for about 30 minutes now

@@Yasimsings6071 there would be times where I’m like that too...I’m stuck in queue for a long time. For example I was stuck at 1 in queue for Nosepass...I was stuck in that position for awhile and eventually left queue lol. My thinking is for that is there aren’t many peeps doing that raid (like not popular enough or not enough spawning). Poké Genie raids can happen any time anywhere 24/7 (depends on the time zone of the world). Some raids are slower than others (usually a lot of 1 tier raids are slower queue times unless it’s something like Galarian Ziggy or Ponyta, 3 star raids are sometimes slow queue times also...but usually the five and mega raids are the fastest...from personal experience). Sometimes it slows down...Poké Genie raids are people dependent (meaning people who host raids...it can go on for a long time). My mom has done Regigias raids throughout the day till midnight. So depending on which raid you got queued in, that raid might have slowed down during that time period...
