@@geoman9324 The P790s definitely go further, and they are a very good club, more forgiving! But the pleasure I got out of flushing the V6 irons with their amazing feel just brought a smile to my face. It's just my preference in owning irons. I am going to try the CBs as soon as I can.

Problem now with Wilson, is that they've fallen into the trap of relating price to the hype, so these are £900+ for a 7 piece set. If they could get that into the 650 region then I'd take a look. And given that the shafts and grips used in nearly all too iron sets have been common parts for years, I can't understand why they can't meet that price.

I've got the CB irons and they really are lovely. I would say they're the best looking irons I've ever seen.

What was the difference you found? I have v6 love them but have thought about p790s as a distance club

wilson cb irons are the best next to the staff blades like them both. wilson produces the best player irons on the market

Wilson do make some of the nicest looking irons...apart from there GI irons with all the power holes
There may or may not be a new one coming that may or may not have as many of these 'Power Holes" you speak of. 👀🤷🏻♂️
If you're looking too closely at the "power holes" in the D7 Forged irons, then you're looking at them the wrong way (IMO).

I would say the CB Staff Model have more forgiveness for sure than the iBlade and probably a fraction longer in a head to head.
Going a bit further than V6 but then they do have stronger lofts.
Yeah one degree you would normally expect to see about 3 yards.
