Feudal system -a system in which people were given land and protection by people of higher rank, and worked and fought for them in return.
The feudal system was a hierarchical social, economic, and political structure that dominated much of medieval Europe. It was characterized by a pyramid-like arrangement of power and authority.
At the top was the monarch, who granted land (fiefs) to nobles (lords) in exchange for loyalty, military service, and sometimes financial support. These nobles, in turn, would grant portions of their land to vassals, who would provide military service and other services in return. This process could continue down several layers, creating a complex web of allegiances.
Peasants worked the land and provided crops and labor in exchange for protection and use of the land. This system created a stable but often rigid social structure, where each level had specific rights, responsibilities, and privileges.
The feudal system started to decline in the late Middle Ages, giving way to more centralized forms of government and the emergence of early modern states. Keep in mind that variations of feudal systems existed in different regions around the world, but the European feudal system is the most well-known.

I am not sure, but I guess this should be the answer. Hope it helps any way!
1) Wihelm IV was a conservative king, he did not accept the liberal ideas brought by the Frankfurt Parliament.
2) He believed in autocratic administration, the concept of universal adult suffrage for all men above the age of 21, made the parliament answerable to the citizens, something he did not prefer.
3) Frankfurt Parliament was not inclusive for all social groups, It was comprised of mainly middle class educated elite, excluding the third estate, nobility and clergy. Since the nobility was not in majority, King wihelm found the parliament disrespective to other social classes.

Feudal system is also known as jamindari system rich landlord gave land tk small farmer to cultivate and in refund they take revenue and taxes. They treat them as sleeves this is all know as fudral system
