There’s a conesnail venom derived anesthetic that is vastly superior to opioids, as it is stronger yet completely non addictive, nor does it interfere with breathing. It’s amazing stuff, but the opioid lobby has bought off the whores of Pig Pharma to keeping ignoring it so it can’t go to general trials in spite of its superiority.
Not to be rude but this song doesn't exactly fit any of the scenes, this song fits youjo senki aka Saga of Tanya the Evil more with one specific character however he get's like only one episode.

There's episode in Grancrest war where Queen Maria (I think that was name) use miasma as poisonous gas...the scene is brutal
