Yanagi and spec were the only ones to get a W on Baki. Yanagi poisoned and almost killed him. He could have done so but spares him. And spec arguably was similar. He had Baki beaten emotionally and physically with the whole hand trick.
Only thing what makes Spec to disturbing for me, is the fact that all the crazy shit he does, he does that for no reason at all, he basically is gore comedian, but also too much of a threat to be laughing at his cimmiciks.
In my opinion why spec was in a whole ass sub, he might of gotten so desperate that he straight took over a military base, as in killed every single soldier
