Hello, I do skin care on my channel. If you want to pop over there, I have oily skin, I would recommend: KLAIRS - Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil, KLAIRS - Supple Preparation Unscented Toner & BY WISHTREND - Green Tea & Enzyme Powder Wash.
I personally don't have oily or acne prone skin so I can't recommend certain products (as I don't use them), so I highly recommend you look up people who do have such skin. but I do know that if you have acne prone skin, niacinamide is an amazing ingredient (if you haven't tried products with it yet). Also look for products that have calming ingredients such as: centella asiatica and heartleaf (houttuynia cordata). using calming ingredients help soothe acne as they're anti-inflammatory.
How long did your order take to process? I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and it still says processing and I've pinged them multiple times but no response 🫠 I'm 90% convinced at this point they're a fraudulent company.

They are scammers, they took my money and never send my orders, not respond my emails, and is impossible to get a refund
