HMS President at threat of being scrapped - Victoria Cook reports

HMS President may be at threat of being scrapped. The former World War I ship which has been used an events centre and museum needs urgent repairs and has been sent to Chatham to either be restored or scrapped, but have been rejected by the Lottery fund and the Government. However the latter have decided to re-review their decision.
