    The service here is very friendly and the rooms are huge but my god this place is really showing its age and it's not even that old. I guess that's just Miami in general - these hotels must have tens of billions of dollars of deferred maintenance between them. Also lol @ the Miami level resort fee. At least they include beach umbrellas - and still better than staying at south beach.

      Yep, seems like it's a lot older than it is. Good service overall and the resort fee was ridiculous.

    Was this an upgraded room? And does Marriott extend platinum benefits if you traveling with children for example breakfast ? Thanks again

      This was because of the view. 12 and under get breakfast too!
