His speech is mostly copied from the famous speech given by a Sergeant Major of US Army to the passing out Officer cadets sometimes during 1964-65..if m not wrong. Well, he might have quoted unquoted it..! However, speech hardly matters for passing out cadets...what matters is how they were trained and how they have stepped on entirely a new thrilling and dedicated life of a soldier and an officer.
