You always make great vids for us. 4250 is compressor over current error. It’s either an IPM or a Compressor issue. When you disconnect the compressor on City Multi you have to disable the current sensor using the dip switches…then put system into test run from either mtool or OC dip switches. This will allow the fans to run continuously without stopping.. if the Fans stop while testing then the board is faulty… if the fans run and VAC is balanced then the compressor is bad
Thanks for the video.. I'll just add.. when checking compressor power output from the IPM/Power Board you want to look for balanced AC voltage across all 3 outputs within 10%. Depending on the OC, SW3-1 = ON may give you more time for testing output.

Acid inside the system and electrical power supply issues primarily that leads to the windings being over heated
