Miami is full of people from other countries. Not all countries require a carseat for kids. My sister-in-law visited Cuba and they didnt have carseats. You held your baby in your arms. I gave birth to my daughter in Switzerland. They signed me out and told me I can wait in the room for my husband. My husband came in and we walked out. There was no own taking you downstairs in a wheelchair, and there was no bye we're leaving. They lived by the idea of you have 2 legs that work. You can walk out. I wouldn't allow my husband to drive with my daughter without a carseat so we took public transportation. I lived in Switzerland for 3 years after my daughter was born. My daughter never saw a carseat until she was 2.5 (thank you Covid), and we visited my family in the US.

You can use tapioca flour instead and call it ‘pao de queijo’ waffle (a Brazilian cheese bread)
