I love my elderly customers. I typically end up becoming good friends with them. The worst part for me is they pass away after knowing them a few years and it’s always heartbreaking to me. They just need someone they can trust that has their best interest at heart.

She reminds me of my great Aunt Inez, when I was young I used to do all her maintenance for free. I looked forward to every episode! Once she had somebody over to do a repair and I was trying to figure out who and what they did. She finally explained to me that he "Practiced Electricity" then it occured to me that he was an electrician☺ I would give almost anything to relive those times!
