Here I am feeling like a badass for beating this... on story mode, and I never had to rely on switching to story mode before, not even with Rasta Beast.
@@Sokobansolver well it's just that story mode specifically changes the charting of the notes, significantly reducing the amount onscreen, compared to any of the other difficulties where going a step up/down only affects the HP of you and Bosses, and your HP regen rate; so if you've only beaten them on story mode, you haven't really experienced the whole fight so to speak
This boss is easier to no-hit in the other difficulty modes, as it has less HP and some attack patterns are different! I'm unsure if it was patched, but I remember hearing it was possible to get the no-hit achievement through Story Mode!
It was on steam! I had already beat it before hand tho on hard! The achievement is 6.5%! It's not that hard on the easier modes if you know what you're doing! Insane mode tho is a 1 hit kill tho- :0
That part's honestly awful, that's why I had to yeet attacks into that section to live through it- It's way easier than trying to dodge everything, at least me for me it was- I'll be cheering you on though! I know my footage is blurry, but I hope it can help you in someway!
don't be scared to spam your deflect. really. this is the one fight where that tooltip that explains that deflecting is better than dodging is especially true. also, try sticking to the right side of the board. it has the most gaps and the most room to deflect
A lot of time and dedication! I believe it took me a few days or weeks to do Cat God on Insane! Though the total amount of hours I have accumulated in Everhood is 335.5!
In this game, *God* uses no unabsorbable notes.
Red: ,,direction pad down click intensivy"
I like how the game tells you that you're an idiot before even starting the fight
Ah yes my favorite attack, the bitrate crusher
even the 2 real gods of everyhood joined in for the cat god
I LOVE that this boss is hinted at in the professor orange’s masterpiece battle. It’s such a cool little detail
I am bad at the game so this is extra impressive for me. great job man. This needs to be more popular of a video
cat god took me a few days on Insane, but i'm never gonna be able to kill it, good job man

You couldn't do it on easy?
@@idfrigginkman maybe someday I will

@@idfrigginkman And you don't win the no hit achivements, if I remember correctly
@@maky7295 yep, easy difficulty minimum
Absolute insanity, grats mate
You're INSANE
That's what my friends told me! XD
I’d have been able to jam out to this, but there’s a power washer going on in the background
damn your hippocampus works
This must've taken QUITE A WHILE-
Holy shit nice
Um, so can you come over and help me beat this fight?
help
After getting to the cat god, I don't know how you dodged that
I don't understand how this is the most common no-hit achievement of the 3 superbosses. I no-hit the other 2 but this one just eludes me

@@chao1178 I suppose that's true, but it wouldn't feel genuine to me if I did it on a difficulty lower than at least hard
@@jeepercreepers9 I completely understand that! :3
Three Stones Diety is that you?
WOW
I forgot to ask and was curious, what was the % of completion on the acheivement? (If this was on steam of course :P)

@@hdckighfkvhvgmk Oh my bad! I think I got it confused with the "Killing a god" achievement! :0
nice
Nice!
I dont want to know how long this took you, im at 300 attempts on easy mode atm and still cant beat the crazy cat static part at 2:35 .

Dude serious question, are you okay
At the time I made this, probably not, but I'm doing pretty okay in the present!
how much time did you spend to become a player of this level?
