I always love watching these videos for inspiration & entertainment. I need to try your egg bites & the deli slices.

What a great week of food and fun events! The restaurants you've visited (especially the Ethiopian one - I'm jealous), the new products you've tried and the people you met must have made this week very "full" of experiences - I hope you weren't to tired by the end of the week and really enjoyed most of them! Also, great food inspo in there too: I have been thinking about making some chia pudding afters years of not buying them and homemade deli slices are a great idea to save some money while having balanced meals!

Hey, have you ever tried Spanish potato omelette? It is very simple to make and very yummy. Simple Vegan Blog have the recipe called "Tortilla or Spanish Omelette", that's the recipe I use (I will try to add the web link in a comment under this, just in case yt erase the comment). My mother likes to add very thinly sliced italian green peppers and very small diced carrots, but the traditional is also very good.
We normally eat it with mayo, but I prefer salsa brava (hot Spanish sauce). Also is very good in a sandwich, with baguette style bread. The bread used in banh mi is almost identical as the one we use in South Spain. I think you would like it

I wouldn't recommend the loaf though haha. It's better as muffins.

I watch most vids w/ the captions on and sometimes the captions make no sense but sometimes they are funny. When you were talking about the seitan the captions were showing "Satan" haha. So great job making 'Satan'. 😈😆

No, but I crash at their house a few times a week when I have a lot of work! We work at the same place together and it’s near their house so it’s easier. I just go back and forth a lot lol.
