I will have to download the Demo and give it a go. So far my brain is treating Drive Rush as RC from Guilty Gear in the way you input it as well as its application. I would have to experiment and see how consistently I could pull it off during mid combo
If you've ever played a game where a character has a dash cancel, think of it like that. Sorta like RC but RC doesn't affect the frames of your next normal that connects. A drive rush normal has better frame data and can usually cancel into more stuff. For instance. Ryu's heavy kick does not link to crouching Heavy punch, but the drive rush heavy kick does.
You definitely can, especially with modern controls. Used to play smash ultimate and switched to street fighter 5 last year and if I can do it you can too! Not to mention sf6 is very beginner friendly, will have GOOD tutorials, and have modern controls that are similar to smash directional controls. You got this!
@Hwan Niggles true but they get you into the decision making part of fighting games faster, which is the point, you know? Then if they like the flow of the game, they can learn classic controls
@@omegawaffles7348 yeah you can play PS4 games on PS5 with a Hori RAP4 or whatever PS4 controller you use, but not PS5 games. I got the Brook UP5 upgrade for my Madcatz TE2+ after discovering this on my own and it works now. Still gonna probably play PC version instead but at least my stick is tournament ready.

should be PC instead. also gonna be a problem when PS5 versions become the tournament standard since PS4 hardware is too old, and nobody has PS5 compatible sticks. PC don't have either problem.

They take chip damage, not increased damage. When your own HP is low however, your CA does extra damage
