I've called both customer service and support more than 50 times since I purchased my premium auto merch store, marketing package etc. No one picks up or calls back. Not one thing in my package has anything about automerch. I'm so frustrated. Its been almost 2 months. ALIDROP is where I made my initial purchase. I now realize that ALIDROP & Sellvia are the same company with the same phone numbers that no one ever picks up on. My original marketing package was outdated and had nothing to do with automerch. Now, I may have to buy another marketing package from Sellvia that's suppose to have all the info about automerch & they will supposedly set up the marketing with info specifically related to automerch so I can stop begging for help and at least sell enough to get my ROI for what I've already paid for. This has been a very difficult & frustrating process.
