I don't think that's wolverine's room, because why would he have Cyclops and Jean's photo on his side table.
The photo is a direct refrence to an episode of the original series where he vandalized it due his jealousy of Cyclops. So yes he actually does have a photo of Jean and Scott in his personal quarters. It's also been turned into a meme as he was laying on his bed in full costume sulking over the picture.
