But when you check their instagrams, V has the most followers, way ahead of the members. So, yeah, it's about here and there. No definite conclusion tbh. BTS is 7, ARMYs are OT7!💜
V has the most solo stans. Armys follow all 7 members. Solo stans aren't Armys with a bias, because they only follow one member, so Instagram isn't a good indicator about biases.

More like 7 Beyonces in BTS, just depends on what you're looking for. The ones with the biggest social media numbers are Jungkook, V and Jimin and those three are pretty much interchangeable according to who has dropped the most recent recording, just posted a great VLive, just made an appearance somewhere, whose birthday week it happens to be, etc.. Suga is usually just under those three. But then listing the most popular in BTS is like saying which Astronaut flew the highest. It makes no difference when they're all in the stratosphere.

I'm a 68 (69 next month) whodiscovered these wonderful7men in 2015. I love all 7, but Jimin is my bias with J Hope my wrecker. Suga is my favorite rapper and Jin my favotite singer.
My bias is Jin, but I basically love all seven of them. They all have different personalities and different talents, and they seem to combine like cogwheels to create the best balance and synergy. :) So far away (Suga, Jin, Jungkook) is the first song that made me fall in love with Jin's voice. Conclusively, when I saw Jin continue filming, soothing angry Suga, without being angry at another cast member who rudely hit his cheeks on a variety show called American Hustle Life, that was the moment he became my bias. He was only 21 years old then! It shocked me. And the other members are all nice, talented, and hard-working boys, so I fell in love with all seven of them. Seeing them sweet to each other warms my heart.
There is no beyonce of the group. All 7 of them individually have broken streaming records in various platforms and have huge achievements cus armys literally support all 7. In terms of looks, people's favorites and most popular tend to be the maknae line which is jimin, taehyung and jungkook. But all the 4 older members have gone viral for their looks at different events too.

I went to see yet to come in Busan in theatres yesterday and was delighted to be made deaf by the shrieking when Suga's face came up on screen. It makes sense when you consider he's the one that writes a lot of the heart-wrenching tracks. RM is the deep intellectual compared to Suga. Next in the screaming was Jimin and J-Hope pretty equal, Jin and RM, and surprisingly last JK and V. Any self-respecting army will say they're OT7, we love each and every one 😊💜🇨🇦
Suga on the other hand is more of full of wisdom, a walking encyclopedia coz he is well aware of everything, facts and trivias & plus practical skills, also a musical genius, producing at 13yrs old, RM is a deep person & extremely intelligent. Suga is my bias and RM is my bias wrecker. Suga is street smart, Extremely good in general knowledge, current events, facts & trivias, plus his life experiences is more heartbreaking & has been thru so much lows & downs. They are both very smart in different aspects, one is intellectual one, one is practical and factual.

Why do we even consider this kind of question? Of course all ARMYs love all 7 of them We may admire something from certain members, but I think even when you have a bias, you will constantly get bias wrecked by the other members on daily basis. This is like asking do you love your mom or your dad more? Or which kid is a parent's favorite? BTS are family, and beside their amazing music, their personalities, their heartwarming brotherhood and their respect & love for one another and for ARMY are the reason why we love them so much. I'm in my 40s and am Taekook biased. For me it's as simple as personalities, their voices appeal to me, and maybe them being the youngest members bc I'm youngest in my family too. I relate to their feelings best even though on paper I "should" be Namgi biased lol. I think its similar for most ppl, unless they are visual fans. Maybe being a visual stan skews younger?

Bases in my experience at concerts giving out freebies, the most commonly asked for member(s) (I gave out free photo cards at the last 4 concerts, probably about 1200 photo cards total) and the most frequently requested were V and Suga.
I meant to say 1200 total for each concert (so total close to 4800 photo cards). The least requested one for all 4 concerts was RM.. which I will never understand!!

RM is my forever bias, with Jimin as my strongest wrecker. Despite definitely not being a hip hop lover before BTS, my first bias contenders were all the rapline, based on personality and lyrics.
Well...BTS caught my attention because of RM's United Nations speech. His intellect, personality and his brain is immensely sexy to me. And i love his voice. At the PTD in Vegas concert, Jin and Suga got the loudest yells at least in the day I attended. I think everybody starts out RM bias, then sometimes fall into the others as they get to know them more. (But that could be my own English speaking mindset). Each one is so special, I just don’t see how you could hate on any of them. I do have my favorites, J-Hope, Jimin and Yoongi. 7:10 I feel like this is a very difficult question to answer. Having a bias might differ in terms of voice, music, personality, looks etc. Maybe the maknae line is a bit more popular? There is no way to test it though. What I love about BTS and ARMY is that even when people have a bias, we love all 7 equally. It also depends on your own life, character and interests: If you like art, you might bias Namjoon / If you like rap, you might bias the rap line / If you like jazz/soul, you might bias Tae / If you like higher pitched voices, you might bias Jimin / If you are a direct person with strong mentality, you could bias Yoongi / If you are a very positive person and like smiling, you could bias J-Hope These are just a few examples but it really differs. My bias is Taehyung (V) because he was the first member that captured my heart in terms of voice, personality and character. He has a soulful voice which I love a lot and his personality is so sweet, innocent and goofy. I can never figure him out and he is extremely unpredictable which intrigues me a lot. However, the longer I am ARMY, the more I fall in love with all of them. They all have something special and unique. I'm just grateful that we have 7 amazing people to support and follow on their musical journey.

As for who is the most biased member. When I first got interested in BTS, I got the impression that the maknae line are more popular than the hyung line. But now I'm not really sure. How do you measure such things? Like, I'm on several BTS discords, and in two of them you can declare our biases through roles. On both, Suga is the most biased. But is that representative of ARMY in general? If we assume that the most biased member is the most successful member because he would receive the most amount of support, well... If you remember from Taylor's guide to the members, they each have some kind of record. On Instagram, V has the most followers, and the maknae line has more followers than the hyung line. But on Spotify, J-hope has the most followers, and then RM, V, and Agust D. On RUclips, Suga's "Daechwita", and "That That" are currently the most viewed MVs by a BTS member. RM has the most #1 iTunes for an album (mono), and V has the most #1 iTunes for a single (Sweet Night). Jimin has the most streamed song on Soundcloud (Promise). Jungkook is the most streamed Korean soloist on Spotify last year. I think Jin's "The Astronaut" is the most shazamed song. They all have charted at least one song on Billboard Top 100. Taehyung is the most biased member of BTS followed by the other members of the maknae line and then it's Suga if I'm not mistaken. They are all extremely talented and deserve all the love! I'm personally taegi biased (taehyung & yoongi (suga)) but despite having a soft spot for my biases I love all 7 members and I'm ot7 for life!
I think the youngest line is most likely to be biased. However, OT7 can show its ability at any time. At the recent Korean awards ceremony, Jin received the most votes and won the Individual Popularity Award. It was before the official announcement of his enlistment, but fans thought he was likely to be the first to join the army and decided to send all the support to him. For JK, hes much loved in the US. Its not just music fans that love him. V and Jhope get much love for their fashion and dance. For Jimin it's the music, not so much fashion as hes not active much on social media. His dance though is amazing and Jimin is really famous in the art world as a muse. You'll find more art for Jimin out there than other members. Jimin is now a global ambassador for Dior so hopefully we see more of him. You're more likely to find artworks of him at galleries, etc. Namjoon is an art lover. Outside of rap, armys and others engage in Namjooning like going out in nature and just having fun, traveling, visiting museums, mostly armys. Jin is worldwide handsome and doll makers, photographers, and editors love him. His face doesn't need editing. Hes also nice to be around, and even though he doesn't think he has many friends, many consider him a friend indeed. Back to V and JK, they are definitely the most popular with V being the worlds most handsome man 3 yrs in a row with JK holding the title for sexiest man alive 2019; sexiest intl man 2020; and 2022 Sexy at every age. Those two youngest have the farthest reach. Now people know JK from the world cup too. An older friend of mine, for example, doesn't know BTS and was like isn't this the guy who samg at the world cup? Yes its him, and he's part of the band BTS, I replied. I don't think there is a most 'biased' in BTS. There are alot of serious bias in the rapline and alot of ppl have more than one bias and their bias wreckers. There may be more followers on social media for certain members but I think that stems more from outside the fandom. Personally I have two bias- Yoongi and Jungkook but love OT7. Agree! I think there's nothing wrong with having a bias. RM was the first member who I noticed n appreciate, but it was V who made me fall hard into the rabbit hole. So obviously he is up there😍. But it doesn't mean i don't love the other members. There are days when I really love Suga, or J-Hope(JITB era!!!). Other days I feel like JK is my favorite youngest son. Or Jimin will step forward just being a cutie and I'm loving him even more. Jin is just the dependable eldest son,and funny so the love is also something else! I just adore them all! For me every members are precious, I support OT7. Each of their endeavour and albums will be supported however RM holds a special place to me, I found on many occasions his song (specially Indigo and Mono), and life advises/approach are something I would relate and looked up. Technically he is my bias and the other guys would rotate as the bias wrecker - the other day it was Jin and Jhope, before that JK and now it is Jimin. For Feb maybe Suga & V, who knows at this point.

Jungkook is the Beyonce, there is no doubt about that .. V is the jazz/soul influence, jimin is the soft, sweet one, and these three are the maknaes, the most popular ones. Then there's Jin, who's an honorable maknae, and whose music tends to be very healing although he has a rock voice, then there's Jhope , who's the most popular rapper, especially among women, although his music is kinda dark, Suga who's the favourite among rappers, and then RM, whose music, although i feel like his is the highest standard, is actually less popular than the others, because he's a little more esoteric, experimental and intellectual. A song like "joke" is very rare for RM to do... Mostly he's introspective and poetic... But then it kinda shows why it's not a good idea to piss him off.

I think the maknae line are in there in the mix as the most biased. The rapline would probably the mostly bias wreckers. But when you check their instagrams, V has the most followers, way ahead of the members. So, yeah, it's about here and there. No definite conclusion tbh. BTS is 7, ARMYs are OT7!💜
V has the most solo stans. Armys follow all 7 members. Solo stans aren't Armys with a bias, because they only follow one member, so Instagram isn't a good indicator about biases.
And jungkook owns tiktok and twitter but jimin and jungkook are more known among gp so there's no definite way to decide that.

The ones with the biggest social media numbers are Jungkook, V and Jimin and those three are pretty much interchangeable according to who has dropped the most recent recording, just posted a great VLive, just made an appearance somewhere, whose birthday week it happens to be, etc.. Suga is usually just under those three. But then listing the most popular in BTS is like saying which Astronaut flew the highest. It makes no difference when they're all in the stratosphere.

I'm a 68 (69 next month) whodiscovered these wonderful7men in 2015. I love all 7, but Jimin is my bias with J Hope my wrecker. Suga is my favorite rapper and Jin my favotite singer.
My bias is Jin, but I basically love all seven of them. They all have different personalities and different talents, and they seem to combine like cogwheels to create the best balance and synergy. :)
So far away (Suga, Jin, Jungkook) is the first song that made me fall in love with Jin's voice.
Conclusively, when I saw Jin continue filming, soothing angry Suga, without being angry at another cast member who rudely hit his cheeks on a variety show called American Hustle Life, that was the moment he became my bias. He was only 21 years old then! It shocked me.
And the other members are all nice, talented, and hard-working boys, so I fell in love with all seven of them. Seeing them sweet to each other warms my heart.
There is no beyonce of the group.
All 7 of them individually have broken streaming records in various platforms and have huge achievements cus armys literally support all 7.
In terms of looks, people's favorites and most popular tend to be the maknae line which is jimin, taehyung and jungkook.

I went to see yet to come in Busan in theatres yesterday and was delighted to be made deaf by the shrieking when Suga's face came up on screen. It makes sense when you consider he's the one that writes a lot of the heart-wrenching tracks. RM is the deep intellectual compared to Suga.
Next in the screaming was Jimin and J-Hope pretty equal, Jin and RM, and surprisingly last JK and V.

I'm in my 40s and am Taekook biased. For me it's as simple as personalities, their voices appeal to me, and maybe them being the youngest members bc I'm youngest in my family too. I relate to their feelings best even though on paper I "should" be Namgi biased lol. I think its similar for most ppl, unless they are visual fans. Maybe being a visual stan skews younger?

Bases in my experience at concerts giving out freebies, the most commonly asked for member(s) (I gave out free photo cards at the last 4 concerts, probably about 1200 photo cards total) and the most frequently requested were V and Suga.

Answering your question about the most biased members, it's probably the maknae line (The younger members: Jimin, V and Jungkook). They also are the ones that have more followers on IG and stuff but honestly, armys always try their best to support all the members and actually each member have individual records as solo artists and stuff. For example:
-J-Hope is the member of BTS that has most followers on Spotify and he pulled the largest crowd in Lollapalooza history. He has won some awards as a solo artis and he won best male artists at MAMA 2022! He was the most nominated artist there (6 nominations as a soloist and with BTS would be 5 more lol)

At the PTD in Vegas concert, Jin and Suga got the loudest yells at least in the day I attended. I think everybody starts out RM bias, then sometimes fall into the others as they get to know them more. (But that could be my own English speaking mindset).

7:10 I feel like this is a very difficult question to answer. Having a bias might differ in terms of voice, music, personality, looks etc. Maybe the maknae line is a bit more popular? There is no way to test it though.
What I love about BTS and ARMY is that even when people have a bias, we love all 7 equally. It also depends on your own life, character and interests:
If you like art, you might bias Namjoon / If you like rap, you might bias the rap line / If you like jazz/soul, you might bias Tae / If you like higher pitched voices, you might bias Jimin / If you are a direct person with strong mentality, you could bias Yoongi / If you are a very positive person and like smiling, you could bias J-Hope
These are just a few examples but it really differs. My bias is Taehyung (V) because he was the first member that captured my heart in terms of voice, personality and character. He has a soulful voice which I love a lot and his personality is so sweet, innocent and goofy. I can never figure him out and he is extremely unpredictable which intrigues me a lot. However, the longer I am ARMY, the more I fall in love with all of them. They all have something special and unique. I'm just grateful that we have 7 amazing people to support and follow on their musical journey.

As for who is the most biased member. When I first got interested in BTS, I got the impression that the maknae line are more popular than the hyung line. But now I'm not really sure. How do you measure such things? Like, I'm on several BTS discords, and in two of them you can declare our biases through roles. On both, Suga is the most biased. But is that representative of ARMY in general?
If we assume that the most biased member is the most successful member because he would receive the most amount of support, well... If you remember from Taylor's guide to the members, they each have some kind of record.
On Instagram, V has the most followers, and the maknae line has more followers than the hyung line. But on Spotify, J-hope has the most followers, and then RM, V, and Agust D. On RUclips, Suga's "Daechwita", and "That That" are currently the most viewed MVs by a BTS member. RM has the most #1 iTunes for an album (mono), and V has the most #1 iTunes for a single (Sweet Night). Jimin has the most streamed song on Soundcloud (Promise). Jungkook is the most streamed Korean soloist on Spotify last year. I think Jin's "The Astronaut" is the most shazamed song. They all have charted at least one song on Billboard Top 100.

But I think the most important thing about this bias thing is that all true ARMYs are OT7. Sure, many of us have our own biases, but we want ALL of them, not just our biases, to be successful in their solo endeavors and we will support ALL of them and their music. I think the youngest line is most likely to be biased. However, OT7 can show its ability at any time. At the recent Korean awards ceremony, Jin received the most votes and won the Individual Popularity Award. It was before the official announcement of his enlistment, but fans thought he was likely to be the first to join the army and decided to send all the support to him.

For JK, hes much loved in the US. Its not just music fans that love him. V and Jhope get much love for their fashion and dance. For Jimin it's the music, not so much fashion as hes not active much on social media. His dance though is amazing and Jimin is really famous in the art world as a muse. You'll find more art for Jimin out there than other members. Jimin is now a global ambassador for Dior so hopefully we see more of him.
You're more likely to find artworks of him at galleries, etc. Namjoon is an art lover. Outside of rap, armys and others engage in Namjooning like going out in nature and just having fun, traveling, visiting museums, mostly armys. Suga one of my ultimate biases is popular everywhere, music, fashion, basketball. Shy but friendly. Great producer. Not so much the fashionista. Hope to see more of him now that hes an ambassador for valentino.

I don't think there is a most 'biased' in BTS. There are alot of serious bias in the rapline and alot of ppl have more than one bias and their bias wreckers. There may be more followers on social media for certain members but I think that stems more from outside the fandom. Personally I have two bias- Yoongi and Jungkook but love OT7.

Jungkook is my forever Bias! I think looking for an answer from Army is gonna be hella hard lol. Even if they don't wanna be biased, often time most are, like before I knew BTS Jungkook was the only one i'd heard outta all of them and would hear trending, but that may vary for others
I believe 90% of armys are ot7, meaning they all love all 7. But we all have our preferences for sure, if it's bas3d to # of followings meaning who's probably the most popular, it might be V. He has the most # of IG followers, most viewed fancams, most viewed solo videos, imagine 20m watched u drive, he has the most viewed weverse live stream 500M. Etc

Agree! I think there's nothing wrong with having a bias. RM was the first member who I noticed n appreciate, but it was V who made me fall hard into the rabbit hole. So obviously he is up there😍. But it doesn't mean i don't love the other members. There are days when I really love Suga, or J-Hope(JITB era!!!). Other days I feel like JK is my favorite youngest son. Or Jimin will step forward just being a cutie and I'm loving him even more. Jin is just the dependable eldest son,and funny so the love is also something else! I just adore them all! It feels like they are my siblings, other days they are my sons that I am so proud of. Other days they are my sweetest besties!💜💜💜

V is the most popular because he has the most solo stans (fans who only like and support one member). Among ARMY, I think JK is the most biased. He’s the baby so if he’s not the bias, he’s the bias wrecker 😄. Then followed by V, Jimin and Suga.
My bias is Jimin and Suga, with RM as bias wrecker.

For me every members are precious, I support OT7. Each of their endeavour and albums will be supported however RM holds a special place to me, I found on many occasions his song (specially Indigo and Mono), and life advises/approach are something I would relate and looked up. Technically he is my bias and the other guys would rotate as the bias wrecker - the other day it was Jin and Jhope, before that JK and now it is Jimin. For Feb maybe Suga & V, who knows at this point.
As you can see, everyone has their OWN OPINION on who is the most popular (same thing as the most biased); So there IS NO definitive answer to that question, no matter who ‘shouts’ their biased’s name the loudest!!
My ultimate bias is jhooooooooooooooooooooooooooopeeeeeee nd rm 2nd bias even though i love them all i think hobi and rm deserve more love then they have they are my bias forever but firstly m always ot 7 army from heart 💜
I actually love all the members of bts but if i have to choose one i'd choose J-hope but i have to plus Jimin because it's like buying one and getting one free for me and even if i choose any other member i have to choose Jimin also, it can never be without Jimin😭😂😂
i think in terms of most-biased, it’s probably V or Jung Kook but SUGA is definitely up there too along with Jimin.
Jungkook is the Beyonce, there is no doubt about that .. V is the jazz/soul influence, jimin is the soft, sweet one, and these three are the maknaes, the most popular ones.
Then there's Jin, who's an honorable maknae, and whose music tends to be very healing although he has a rock voice, then there's Jhope , who's the most popular rapper, especially among women, although his music is kinda dark, Suga who's the favourite among rappers, and then RM, whose music, although i feel like his is the highest standard, is actually less popular than the others, because he's a little more esoteric, experimental and intellectual.
A song like "joke" is very rare for RM to do... Mostly he's introspective and poetic... But then it kinda shows why it's not a good idea to piss him off.

When I was a kid, maybe in third or fourth grade, we had a substitute teacher for storybook reading. After she read us part of a story, she would ask for our interpretation. Hands flying, we would try to describe what we heard, and we often got parts of it wrong. One day she asked us to sit on our hands while she read to us. then she asked us to still stay sitting on our hands to describe what we heard. We did way better. Because we were not trying to perform in class, we were actually listening to what was going on. This is one of the few situations where I recommend people sitting on their damn hands.
I love the Festa Room live performance, because it seems to break through even the most resistant reactors’ fearful, or other negative connection to the music itself, and to the personalities of the seven men making the music.
