Not sure how effective the lance will actually be, but being able to form a mini Roman phalanx with someone gunning down opposition from behind the shields seems like a cool tactic to try with a coordinated team.
Goodness Gracious, the Directional Shield, the Anti-Tank turrent and a APC/HAV hybrid, just like the old times. What a great choice to reveal all of these features in the Game Awards

@ 1 stratagem is worth more than 10 armors. We got 2 sentry s , a new melee and one of the best boosters. There s no way armors can compete . 4 weapons are nice, but how game-changing are they..

far from me to tell you what to do, but i humbly point out than a regiment named "Truth keepers" could be more suited to one of the uniform from the "Truth enforcer" warbond, don't you think ?

Truth Keepers aren't blind loyalists (ironic because I still haven't managed to set up the discord so I'm alone 😂) and take pride in their knowledge of sciences and history, feeling their duty in sharing and preserving their memories for future generations, so that another tyrant like Super Earth cannot rise again. If we weren't declared as enemies and traitors, we would fund schools with our own materials of history. And Truth Enforcers were made for the Chaosdivers/Blind loyalist units. And I think the blue I am going for with them suits the scholar-ish nature of the unit.
Shadow drop a big content update, then drop a warbond at 5am EST less than 12hrs after the update. Masterful work. Now everyone is reved up to play right before the Christmas player influx. Glad Arrowhead didn't drop the ball with this one. Now just fix the crashes, the ATV buggy feeling like it weighs nothing, and the squid tesla towers insta-killing us through walls and without lights nor shock effect and this is a flawless update. Really impressive with what they've been sitting on. Hopefully the content drought is over and we'll be seeing decent and meaningful updates in the future like this as well. I know the APC is in the code, that's probably what's next in the pipeline. Hopefully we the get the Bastion tank back after that too. Helldivers 2 is looking to have a future again.
Ahh... what a great game it could have been. It had the potential to become one of those favorite games we’d play with friends, but no-Sony had to pull some ridiculous nonsense. I’m from Kazakhstan, and honestly, I don’t even know if Helldivers 2 is available in my country right now, and I’m not even going to bother checking. That said, the new expansion looks awesome… I guess. Sending a "warm" greeting to Sony from gamers in Kazakhstan-"thanks" for not even considering adding our country to the list of supported regions.

I have wanted a proper melee weapon since the game came out. Finally my dream is coming true. The Constitution bayonet was more of a meme after all. Thank you for this update and your continued support. I admit I was a bit skeptical about your continued direction with the game after I felt you nerfed the harder difficulties too much, making it far too easy to complete D10 missions without any kind of teamwork or effort even with total strangers, but quality like this makes me gain trust back and I will be playing more. Please introduce new difficulty modes and challenges though.
The new Warbond armor gives a 20% ammo capacity boost to primary weapons and a 30% reload boost. Interestingly enough the ammo boost applies to the stalwart stratagem and gives it an additional mag. Idk if this is intentional but I hope so, spraying bullet hose is so fun
