    -Hopsotch, Olala Crepes, Jay Bird's
    $150-million commercial development slated to replace San Pedro's Ports O' Call Village by 2024. The 42-acre complex, located directly on the Los Angeles waterfront, is entitled for more than 335,000 square feet of development over the term of a 66-year ground lease.
    The project is also expected to include an open air amphitheater.

    Thanks for keeping track of these projects in a visual way for us locals. I hope there's going to be a similar waterfront project like this for Wilmington!

    Good to see the update, but I wasn't impressed with the renderings I saw except for the outdoor concert venue space. That looked very promising.
    How far away is this from the closest A line station? This place seems to be difficult to get to via public transit. I wonder if something like a gondola system could work. If you could get off the A line station, maybe cross the street, and then hop on a gondola that would be awesome. And you could have some spectacular views of the harbor while riding it. Maybe you could also light up the whole system at night. That could become a signature attraction/transit system. Kind of like the way people view rhe Golden Gate bridge. It works as both a means for transit and a tourist attraction.

      😂 with the way LA voters choose their leaders, this is impossible.... there is no way to make money without high taxes in LA, your demand can only be done in China
