i also struggle to get enough protein as a veggie. have you tried the protein snacks from myprotein? i'm very sensitive to food textures & i was able to find some i'm okay with! something i like is that you can buy 'sample' snacks, meaning you can try a snack before investing in a box of them. also, i find the 'therapy nuggets' you share helpful, so would def love for you to continue sharing them if you're comfortable doing so!

Relate to you so much but have never been able to gather my thoughts or articulate it like you do! My fun side thought working in recruitment would be the best thing ever until I got there and struggled socially and with the outgoingness of it all. How did you cope with that side in your creative job? Imagine it being quite similar to recruitment in that sense
i struggled quite a bit - i'd start off being really :D and socialable and part of it, then find it overwhelming. I think being honest helped, saying look i can't concentrate with loud music playing/ I can't come up with ideas if I'm always talking in groups. I kinda drip fed what I needed - wfh helped a lot too, so i could recharge and go again. still fundamentally struggled !! if it was now, I'd join a company and say look i can produce xyz, but need xyz conditions to do that x
