someone can help me? ive bought that camera for my wife, but when i start editing her videos, i seen it a lot grainy, she recorded it at 1440p and 50fps, but seems worst than a smartphone. im trying editing trough the insta360 studio, pls help me :(
I have the same issue. Bought it last week to replace my 5 year old YI 4K+ action camera. I recorded a side by side 1440p video and the quality of the Go 3 is horrible. It's very grainy and I'm definitely not impressed eventhough the bitrate is set to high. Someone recommended to set the sharpness to medium. Maybe it's the low light stabalization, I dunno. I have the lastest firmware.
@@EPISTUDIO I returned the camera to the store, it definitely doesn't work for those who record in places with normal lighting. only in open places with lots of natural light.

@@cristianefabres thanks, happy to hear your opinion, i've contacted costumer service and they confirm that bad quality comes with low lights environment. bad quality footage with cloudy day or inside home with low light...you can record good footage only with the best light condition..what a waste. i've considered the option to sell it

same here, you find a solution? video from my Gopro hero 3 are better than this camera
I've even contacted customer support and they claim it's within normal limits. Anyone reading this I cannot recommend this camera.
