Great video as always. I am amazed how chiseling in a few lines makes the iron work stand out and finishes the piece

I like the video voice over explanation it helps learn the steps needed for the finished piece. 5 stars.

Morning Mr. Roy. Thanks for having us out to the shop. I kinda like the voice over style of creating. Its a change of pace, n your pretty good at shaking your styles up. Yet another reason your in the top tier of creators in my repatua(-2sp)

Roy as you were forging, I would think. What did he do that for? That isn't going to look right. But you kept going. In the end it was beautiful! You are a great teacher. Thanks

There's more than one way to skin a cat. I love the versatility of making acanthus leaves

Do you have a video on your guillotine? Neat set up! Did you make that or was it purchased? Just curious because looks like I might have the pieces to make one like that

Nicely executed Roy! How heavy is your anvil? And is it an antique german or a modern American reproduction? Either way she is a beauty!!!

Im not sure if i like this style of acanthus leaf or the sheet metal cut out one i suppose that this one would be more individual and the cut out one would get more of a uniform look for repetitive work for larger items like gates and panels and i suppose that it would also depend on the size of leaves you need to match the rest of your work and the speed at witch you could cut something out as opposed to forging it
