I am still learning but you put 15 mins to the left and 45 to the right. Under 6 sigma. I think it was supposed to be the other way around because we want to see a better result by taking the process to 6 sigma right. ?

No Paolo. Sigma level is different from standard deviation. Here in the example we are referring to standard deviation. Sigma level comes into picture when you introduce the specification limit. Sigma level tells by how many standard deviations you are away from the specification limit plus 1.5
