Omg!!! I used to rock these every time I got a relaxer. I got the twisties with the rest of my hair curled up with the butterfly clips. I loved this look. More 90s looks please!!!
Love it. We also had that glitter hair gel, so i remember having glitter near the butterflies and my head was like a magical garden. I was fancy!

twisties was my go to hairstyle
I always used one of those zig-zag plastic hairbands, mine was silver with little silver balls at the end of each zig zag so you could see them. It was a quick way to approximate the look of these kind of twists. I loved that headband!
Oh yes yes yes these clips and the hairstyle were in trend when I was a teen. But you update it and made the style look suitable for 2017. love your hair colour too!

I got a cute pink gold and pearl pack at target, Wild Fable brand. This was my every single day hairstyle in like 5th and 6th grade. It was the first style i ever knew how to do on myself. Feels good to be able to do it again in my 30s😂, I'm loving throwing it back
