I bet with a couple 90 fittings and with the bottom cut out and the blow pipe down stream you could make a water pump attachment for the compressor. Or just blow across a 3/4 or 1” pipe with the bottom in the water like the old shop class demonstration of how a Venturi carburetor works. If you blow across a drinking straw it will suck the water right out.

What a mess with all your water in your conduits. But it all gets done in the end! Nice Video!
The thought of trying to blow string through wet conduits gives me the shudders, possibly nightmares.
