What I noticed is that if you play as milady, you need to finish the game early. Her value drops in late game esp once their mm goes online. At that point, she’s mostly food. In higher elo, enemy jg will always rotate in mid to take you out
That's why I try to play it safe with her, just drop some minions and send the plane always from far alway. Also milady has no mobility, and if you die a lot 2, 3x at early game you're done.
I played Milady till late game that time because the opposite team were really fed but I managed to win. Her value maybe drop however she's also good as a high ground mage because of her minions are spammable and they're good at defending. This as long she's no dead during this time, or else it's game over
She the best in pushing lane..for me she shine on late game ,,wher you can summon lots of minions to destroy tower,still..you can counter milady just by using Angela, make sure angela s2 hit her than use ulti to send milady and her minions to oblivion..
is this build used in every match? or is it situational? I heard that Staff of Reverberation is a "must have" item for her. but u don't even have it. So how?
Must have for her is the mask of agony, savant's wrath.. All other items are replaceable but for sure you can use the staff instead of the frozen breath or venomous staff for example.

I have lost too many agonizing games because everyone refuses to buy it So is it better to use Staff of Reverberation, Mask of Agony, Void Staff? Or is it better to use Mask of Agony, Frozen Breath, and Twilight Stream?
I did some tests before and frozen breath is viable (if you don't want to go full damage) but twilight stream is not as good as void staff and I don't know a situation where both would be in the same build.

True. Her ultimates delay are too long you can burst her before it lands.

Youcan get demolition expert in gamr if you destroy tower with Milady and your minions, WITHOUT lane minions, just by yourself

She will steal all the ADC kills though if you playing her as roam/support

She's a great jungler too, fast jungle clear with her minions
I never tried to play with her in jungle because the game already have more viable choices but for sure I'll try to make some plays later 😉

I agree about the venomous staff. For sure Staff of reverberation, mask and void staff is the best build for damage.
