- Stress and anxiety are common feelings faced by many of us today, and my talk is about how people (including students) can manage these by practising hobbies, such as art forms. I am a student exploring different art forms and figuring out what interests me. I speak of simple things I did, which people can also do to relax after a long day at work or school. It is a relatable topic, so I believe people would like to understand more on what can be done about it. Mental health does not get the attention it deserves around the world and I believe my talk can help raise awareness in a small way.
