Great video Damien, I love watching your videos. What were the first cars you used to show the track in the video? I love the style of those. What are they and what do they cost?
It’s a perfekt costum rebuild. I’m preparing a almost exact modification. Mine is just an inner to outer lanechance just before the pitlane out, so that the cars from inner wont brake for another car coming from the pit... In your tracklayout video, you are talking of lowering the voltage to the pitlane, any chance you would make a video of that please???
Great videos - in one of you vids you mentioned wiring a Scalextric digital power base to a carrera digital set up - could you create a video on that process - realize both cannot run at the same time just interested how the lane changes were done -
how does the lane change system work? is it like an old time railroad track changer only operated remotely? also how do you control the speed of your car even though its sharing a track with another. my old slot cars would run to the same controller if on the same track. thanks
Rufo Rufo digital. The track always has a constant electricity current, and all cars have chips (each one programmed to a controller) what you basically do when you speed up is tell the chip how much electricity goes to the engine
Could you show us the finished track in place with the pit lane section as well? Also please could you give us the track part numbers for all that is required to make this great featured track section..... thank you very much.
I'm building my first Carrera track. I want 2 pits with a crossover lane changer in the middle. I've noticed many tracks on You tube that have a long entrance into the pit area. What is the right lane changer piece by Carrera? I cannot find on the website. Closest track piece is the Chicane. Does the Chicane have a lane changer option on each end of the track piece. Thanks David
GREAT VIDEO DAMIEN, MISS YOUR STORE AND CHANNEL
Great idea and excellent tutorial. May I ask what the make and model of the red, single seat #2 car is?
Nice work, and video. You're an artist!

the "weld" will help if you have to take the track apart in the future.

Why would you just cut on the dotted line and fit that piece into it instead of modifying the track that way?
So he can keep the dotted line for a better look matching the other track pieces
Very good job !!!
Great Work!
