what postage do you use for your postals? do you get each postal box weighed? x
I just use 1st class but some used tracked or 2nd class, I’d recommend looking in Royal Mail at the specifications of each.
Yes when you take them to the post office each item is weighed which is why some use tracked because if it weighs less it won’t cost as much to post x

From ebay they're 7.5 inch trays, the link should be in recent videos :)
If you can't find caster sugar, just use granulated, it really doesn't impact the bake and is cheaper :)
Thanks for the tip! I never have granulated in the house as we use sweetener but I can always pop to the shop 👍🏼

How well in advance can you. Bake the brownies and all postal treats?
I’d say it depends on the recipe, I would make a tray then leave it for a week to 2 weeks and see when they’re best. That’s alright thats I did as some recipes are dryer than others.
I bake the day before postals so that if their are postal delays they won’t get them after the sell by x

I print my labels by buying postage online, not sure what you mean about mailboxes? I have one local to me but I drive to the sorting office to post parcels :)
Do you grease the tins you bake the brownies/blondies in? X
Yes for both foil trays and metal trays (where I remove them and cut them up) x
Do you find it better to grease with butter or butter and flour xx

I don't ship anything other than brownies, blondies and chocolate slabs. Cakes and cupcakes are collection only :)
what is a blondie?
I think of it as a savoury brownie :) its vanilla based without the cocoa powder, perfect for putting biscuit toppings in

I love what I do but the reality of running any business on your own is that it’s not always glamourous and that’s what I want to show you.
I create cakes that I am proud of and I may be stressed occasionally but it’s worth it.
Ps if this is stressed my accountancy job was 10X worse! 🙂
