- Looking for things to do in Bristol? We didn't have very long exploring Bristol at all - only a few hours but we saw what we could of this beautiful city (given the dreadful weather!) before heading up to the Cotswolds later in the day.

Hope you enjoy this little vlog from our trip to Bristol and it gives you some ideas on things to do and places to eat on your trip. We found the most delicious place to eat in Stokes Croft, went looking for a Banksy, found the wonderful St Nicholas Markets and then headed down to the harbourside.
Bristol has so much to offer and we barely scratched the surface! This is definitely not a full extensive Bristol travel guide - treat it more like a little taster to the city!

Nobody can be happy all the time and that's okay. Sometimes we need a little jump start to get our happy on. Here is a list of 10 things that will make you happy right now!
1. You are alive so take some breathes and feel the air in your lungs. You are still here! Be happy that you are alive.
2. Spend time with family & friends. Spending time with family & friends can lift your spirits and brighten your day
3. Go outside. Breath the air. Soak in the sun. Fresh air and sunshine can lift your mood and your spirits giving you a new perspective.
4. Get some good sleep. Good sleep and rest can lift your mood and make you happy.
5. Help someone else. Helping others makes us feel good about ourselves and happy to be able to make someone else happy.
6. Smile and give or get a hug. Just smile. A small smile can turn into a bigger smile. Give someone a hug or accept a hug from someone else. There are multiple studies that show contact with others raises happiness!
7. Be thankful for the small things in your life. Count your blessing and you will find you have much to be happy about
8. Listen to Music. Listen to your favorite upbeat tunes. Science has proven that music can lift our moods and make us happier.
9. Get moving. Exercise is proven to lift your spirits. It doesn't have to be three hours of weight lifting. Just get up and move.
10. Find joy in your present moment. Your life may not be perfect or exactly what you want it to be yet, but you can decide to find joy and happiness in this present moment. Many people have it harder than you do and they would love to only have your burdens.

Youve basicaly gone to all the places i wud drive through on a weekly basis or at least most weekends 😀😀
If you had driven 10 mins South of the city to DUNDRY hill on a clear day then you would have had an incredible view of at least 50 miles in all directions .
Ahhhh next time I shall have to head down there and see it! Pretty views are worth driving for!

In Bristol u must go harbour area and enjoy street food; buy bus pass on phone app £4:50 whole day so easy to travel anywhere
In bath city centre there is labanese resturants awsome food taste
