It depends for me, if I'm going to put it on to sleep to I like it to be an hour long because I have insomnia and take ages to fall asleep but if I'm watching it to relax I also prefer 25 minutes because I have a short attention span 😅 love your videos and the energy they have, you seem a very sweet and lovely person
