    I made this tonight for dinner, and it was PERFECT! The internal temp rose to 165° after standing, but it was still slightly pink in the center and OH SO JUICY! My 9 year old asked for more - a miracle in itself! We'll DEFINITELY have this again!!!

    I did this with some Jerk Marinated Pork Loin and dat Chit came out perfect. FYI, I hit that loin with another round of marinade right before going in the oven! Great no BS video!!

    I think the loin I had must have been at least twice the size of yours - there was no bone and it took 75 minutes to hit 150, not from frozen. It was unbelievably delicious though!

      This was a good video. But one other thing I would mention is to not put the pepper on before searing. Pepper burns

    Chef Tony, I made three three pound tenderloins today and I did your recipe and it was amazing! I made enough for my daughter to take one home for tomorrow for her family, one for my husband and I for tomorrow and one for us all to eat today! Everyone of us together ate almost two of them today! Oh my gosh it was amazing! Thanks for the video!

    Dam I didnt seer and its in the oven already. I just put it in the oven with a rub on it. Ah well, whats the worse that can happen?

    Thank you! Followed your recipe with a bigger piece of meat, so it took longer to bake it, until 147° inside. It turned out juicy, soft and very tasty!

    cooking that tonight. Great video, no fluff no buff, just straight up cooking.. Nice job. Watched about half a dozen videos before this one and some of those people just make it too fancy or complicated..

    Spent a while looking at YT vids for a simple pork rub. Thanks for this one. This is really helpful for the part time kitchen duffer or the professional cook. Many times less IS more, and better. Good work. Will be looking for some of your other recipes.

    Can you roast it at a low temp overnight? I have 2 pork loins, totaling about 9 pounds.

    Seasoning was right on, my roast was bone in and took a bit longer, I kept track of the temp and it turned out great. Note; I placed in the oven bone down.

    What if I have a 4lb half pork lion? Is it the same baking instructions?

      I would give it check with your thermometer around 25 to 30 mins. Your looking for the same temp.

      I did. Thinly sliced roasted pork on a sandwich is amazing. Top it any way you like. I enjoy putting whiskey onions on mine.

      I did not. But you can if you would like. The reason I did not was I wanted the fat to render down and make a nice crust on top

      It could be i like to pull it early and let it rest. It helps the meat relax. It could also just be the meat its self.

    Tony, 'Sandburg' again. Thanks (much)younger brother for "keeping it simple s" Took your rub recipe tonight & used it on a pound of clearance ground pork. Braised to 155 in pot with olive oil. Added onions, reduced with some cabernet,water, some fresh figs and added limited marinara. Put cooked pork patties back in 10 minutes. Served plated over garlic butter rolls. I called it "pigs & figs". Is as good as local meatball sub offers. Thanks again for the "launching pad". Hope you get a sponsored podcast soon.

    How long should I cook a 3.5 boneless loin?

      depending on the temp your cooking it at. it should take about an hour. or till the internal temp hits 150

      I cooked it at 375 degrees for 45 mins and it was perfecto!
      I added a side of mashed potatoes, gravy and fresh string beans and everyone came back for a second helping 🤗👍 Thanks Again✌

    This is awesome Tony! Question: When putting it in the oven, do you put it in with the fat side up or down? I think I will give this a try for Sunday dinner! GOOD JOB!

      that's a very good question. I did not go over that. you want to do fat side up so all the fat renders down into the meat and the fat crisps up some
