1. Go to the CITC website: arqami.citc.go....
2. Select **English**.
3. Click on the *Inquiry* tab.
4. Select the *Individual* inquiry type.
5. Enter your *Iqama number* in the *ID Number* field.
6. Enter your *Date of birth* in the *Birth Date* field.
7. If you have the *Registered Mobile Number**, select the **Yes I have* option and enter your number. Otherwise, select the *No I don't have* option.
8. Click on the *Inquiry* button.
9. You will be asked to enter an OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on **Submit**.
10. If the inquiry is successful, you will see a list of all the SIM cards registered under your Iqama.
11. To cancel a SIM card, click on the *Cancel* button next to the SIM card number.
12. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Click on *Yes* to confirm.
The SIM card will be cancelled within 24 hours.
Here are the alternative ways to cancel a SIM card registered on your Iqama:
**Call the customer service of the cellular company**.
**Visit the customer service center of the cellular company**.
**Submit an online complaint with the CITC**.

السلام وعلیکم بھائی میں چیک کیا اپنا ایک ہی سیم بتا رہا لیکن پھربھی میرے نام سے نکل نہی رہی ہے کیوں کہ میری سیم ہے مگر غلطی سے red bull سے yaqut میں کیا مگر دونوں بند ہوگئی نہ yaqut چالو ہوئی نہ red bull ایسے میں کیا کرے بھائی مدد کرو بھائی
وعلیکم السلام بھائی ابھی اپ کو پرانا والا نمبر چاہیے۔یا اپ نیا سم خریدنا چاہتا ہے۔اگر اپ ان لائن نیا سم خریدنے ہیں تو اپ کے نام پر لازمی ایک سم ہونا چاہیے۔چاہے وہ کسی بھی کمپنی کا ہو۔
اپ مجھے بتاؤ اپ کو کون سا کمپنی کا سم چاہیے۔
میری ایک سیم بس ragistar ہے میری نام پے لیکن دوسری سیم نکال رہا ہوں تو نہیں نکل رہی ہے کیوں کہ وہ دونوں سیم یعنی red bull اور yaqut دونوں painding پے ہے اور فلحال دونوں سیم میرے پاس نہیں ہے 😢😢
