Todo ese acero que lo emplean incluido en el estribaje están oxidadas, la pregunta es; eso no afecta la durabilidad, con el tiempo no le afectará al concreto y se reventará.
Una pequeña capa de óxido ayuda a la adherencia del concreto. Una vez vertido el hormigón el acero es pasivado, al no tener contacto con agua, oxígeno o abrasivos. Siempre que sea un hormigón de buena calidad

El acero siempre está así no es corrosión profunda es leve.
