After watching the highlights, TBCC I know you guys are a good side and are better in the field than what was shown in the highlights. I was shocked by the drop catches and the run outs. One drop catch took a whole year to come down and then got dropped. Tops to Bexley. All round performance with ball and in the field. Their overseas player Burdon is a good player. Only 2 or 3 errors in that highlight package. 1 when he was dropped and number 2 when he was caught. Clean hitting. Good footwork. Balanced and positive from start to finish. They were in a shaky spot when he came in and had 3 wickets down for under a 100 unless I’m blind. But he and a couple of guys built partnerships and team got a good score on the board.
"One drop catch took a whole year to come down and then got dropped..." sometimes it's the amount of time you have to think about how important it is that you don't drop it, which makes you put it down. We've all been there and it's a horrible feeling.
Thanks Luke and Mike for the great coverage. Did watch some of the live stream, and knew Bexleys total would be just too good on the day. Must admit their overseas Hugo Burdon was good. Hopefully the weather improves, and you can start your league campaign coming weekend. Have you retired Mike, or are you playing for the 2s this season. Was good to see you back playing again Luke. all the best Dave
Hi Dave! Thanks once again, and that’s correct I’ve hung my boots up! Going to be concentrating on doing the filming this season instead :) with a beer 🍺
@@ThreeBridgesCricketClub thought so Mike. Great filming already. We are going to miss your left arm proper spinners. Too many throwers appearing in the game today, dont you think. Makes me wonder, where they learnt the game, because back in my day, my coaches taught me properly lol 😂
Better convince your best fielder to do some sessions. Good luck for the year and looking forward to seeing if my fellow Aussie can get a few big ones for you.
Dropping the Aussie was crucial but I find it difficult to be hard on the fielder as the pressure on that was enormous and he had time to think about it before it came down. Against quality teams you have to win all of those tiny battles in a game though - taking hard chance catches, being tight in the field - it wasn't quite there. Also crucial were the number of sixes Bexley got with the outfield being slow, which made that score worth 300 plus on a dry surface. Clearly they are a quality side and you were unlucky to draw them so early especially given the team's lack of match time this season.
es, giving away sixes on a ground where the outfield is wet and four's are hard to come by is like a heart attack. Bexley's total was the equivalent of getting maybe 320 on a dry ground.
i dont think i've seen ben caiden catch one in the deep on this channel but god he's dropped a lot, not sure why the captain keeps throwing him out in the deep
Having watched these vids for the last couple of seasons, it's clear that the team still relies too much on Connor, Joe and their overseas to get the runs. On this occasion James got some runs and he needs to build on that. The rest of the regular top and middle order batsmen don't contribute anywhere near enough and cannot fill the gaps when the main stars fail. That certainly let them down badly last season, especially as Will couldn't play most of the time. We see it again here - Connor, Joe and the new overseas didn't get in but TB didn't have the players they needed to step into that breach and score.
if three bridges arent missing a few for this game then it could be a rocky season for them with archit leaving a that rowan in who's a bit out of his depth in prem cricket
Left arm chuck around the wicket xD
Great game. Can’t wait for more from you this season

Hugo the overseas looked like a gun batsman. Fielding practise needed though 😂
Always fun watching TBCC from Portugal. Would love to see you guys on tour here.
This is a great example of what good club cricket on a good ground looks like. Well done teams.
lol if this is good club cricket, i'd out to see anything else

Great game. What a innings from their overseas.
I watched the semi final of bexley they were sharp
You guys are normally so reliable with your catching as well!

Oh man what a beautiful scenic ground
Kent is full of amazing grounds. I've been lucky enough to play at most of them over the years.
Enjoying it! - we’ve got commentary vids on our channel too!
what pace is aaron brown
That leftie chucks it
I can assure that George Crave will be playing for England National Team soon..
That Aussie blokes a bit good. He is a Brisbane first grader, what’s the equivalent in English cricket?
Is jas singh for bexley the jas singh from Kent
Yes!
Unlucky guys - good highlights package.
Umpire far too keen to trigger Thorn
It’s amazing that no one can find any tape to cover lids other than skin colour! It’s like they want people to know!
Dear me - full tosses galore and dropped catches. OK they were a good side, one innings the diff.

left arm chucker, crazy how he can play this level and not be called out for it
Perhaps I missed it, but which one?
@@cupidstunt22 the left arm spinner for 3 bridges
His arms straight

If the “chuckers” can play at the highest level then they can play here.
I think that in many respects, George Cave is your best bowler
So nice to watch in full flow!
Who is the international for this year no willo donnell?
#WATB up the rangers
That left arm spinner 😂😂😂

Hugo Burdon great bat
Your batting and bowling standards are way above ours - but not so sure about your fielding I'm afraid.
Batting department needs some more depth at the top of the order

Where is O'Connell? Seems like you guys need atleast a batter in that top 6.
I presume you mean Will O'Donnell. He is not their overseas pro this year.
Yep! Sorry i meant O'DONNELL, looks like they need a similar kind of a allrounder.
@@crinkster9743 I think that's what the Kiwi is. He just didn't have a great game here.
Left arm ‘No Ball’. How do they get away with it at this level?

Unlucky. Just bad game management…
Brownie - honing in on those mums and dads
Do you even hear yourself 😂
Bexely seriously weak for national champions any South African prem team would smash them @threebridgescricket
bad fielding, mixed with full tosses is never gonna win you a game not to mention that osman shouldnt be allowed to bowl as he throws it
Watching the fielding is like watching under 11s
The catching was awful and pack the sweep away lads you can't play it
It's consistently bad. Some seriously good cricketers playing ,, which makes it worse. 🤔
