DIY Fart Detector with Arduino, LED Eyes + Twitching Nose

- Tired of being wrongfully accused of passing gas? I made a stuffed animal fart detector to bust my dog! In this livestream highlight, I show you how I built an Arduino-driven fart detector and disguised it in my dog's plush animal buddy. It's name is FART-A-TUCHUS!

It has a natural gas sensor on an extendable tail so you don't have to get close to your flatuous suspect and LED indicator eyes to let you know whether to crack open a window or if you have a military grade situation on your hands, FART-A-TUCHUS will buy you those precious first seconds to evacuate the area, or ID the tooting culprit to return the favor.
The main components are an old stuffed animal, Arduino UNO, LED lights, MQ-135 sensor, micro servo and endoskeleton made from PVC and scrap wood I had in the shop. Check out how I put all this together and learn electronics through fun projects!

As funny as this creation may sound, Australian researcher Dr Andy Tagg in 2020 found out that farts, like faeces, contain aerosol particles which can possibly transmit and act as a carrier of the Covid-19 disease. BTW, didn't know that you play the violin, until I heard you're 'True Colors' amazing rendition.

I might have suggested a multi colored LED that you could have used three resistors to adjust the voltage to the LED. 😁
