When eating sadhya it's best to taste each curry separately, only then you can know the taste of each curry . In sadhya has every known taste eg spicy, sweet , tangy, ...etc, fried items like banana chips, fruit ( banana) , dessert ( payasam)....etc. Its said to be complete accordingly to ayurveda.
After eating in Kerala banana leaf is folded towards outside. In tamilnadu if you like it is folded towards our us , and if you dont like away from us.(Nobody will do that)
