@@AlisonAustralia my approach was that usually by half way of the loan terms, the rent would pay the interest easily. Then it is time for second one, and so on. I have also bought positive gear property that has never lost any money.

@@AlisonAustralia not much when I started, but at that time the top tax bracket was just 60k @50% so had to negative gear ASAP.
