Surface evaporation cooling was another technology pioneered in aircraft - where it wasn't very successful either. Brabham had to develop that and the "fan car" concept because the flat Alfa Romeo V-12 was so wide it intruded into the space other teams had on the V-8 cars for the "tunnels" from the ground effect side pods. Nice model - cheers.
