Honestly despite 9 and 10’s (ESPECIALLY 9’s) flaws, I have a soft spot for those games and the bosses are a big reason why. Would be cool to have 4-player bosses that don’t require the car.

My guess for Mario Party 4 was because Mario Sunshine and 4 released during the same year about 4 months apart. So maybe they didn’t include because of him being so new to the series and their not being a lot of time to add him since the Mario Party games we’re releasing yearly at that point. After that I do not know.
