I like the torque the sporty style twins make. Just a lil more power and they are a riot on the street. We just did and nhrs 1250 kit in a buddys 05 xb12s, cat3 cams and ported heads with the stock valves/springs and it was a substantial power gain over my 09 xb12s. Both have d&d exhaust and race ecm. His 1250 will wheel up in 3rd with hardly any clutch. Has a Alot more punch. Inline 4s are so god damn boring.
I just came across this bike a couple days ago, i got a Yamaha r3 to start off, hoping to get on in the future for sure. Such a nice bike and definitely don’t see them around where I’m from.

@@alexisbarrera7538 depending on your height the SCG model is lowered for riders 5"2-5-8" the S model is standard, i am 6'1" and it fits great the SS model has a slightly bigger frame for rider 6' and above. The 09 models have all the engine updates and better efi. Bigger forks ect and all black hardware. But they are all solid bikes all around. Xb12s is hard to beat for handling

Well, I'm being a 'little' melodramatic, maybe. But what an elegant, ecstatically, beatifically gorgeous bike, mate. WELL modded with superlative taste and attention to detail, as such a finely engineered, wonderfully crafted MC deserves. What an honor, a gift really, to presently own and ride such a fine machine. Deleting the belt guard may look nice but it makes the belt susceptible to getting rocks caught and ruining the belt. there is a reason for the guard, you just defeated that. i would not buy a bike without one.

Your 'black' FS belt tensioner has also become to be brownish, just like mine. So I'm not the only one. That was a bad anodizing job. Btw. what is that axial play on the belt tensioner when you rev it? Great bike!
Ride an Xb12s. Owning all liter bikes for over a decade I just love these bikes now. Have an ol tube frame Buell S1, X1 a 2009 xb12s and an EBR1190sx. The EBR is a God damn monster. Xb12s is my go to commuter bike. Wheelie and handles awesome. Not not a top speed bike but that's not what it was built to do. But it's fun as hell tearing up the streets on one.
nice bike! You have mounted the Subframe spacers from Dieselmoto, and everything is still of the SS model (seat etc.) is this right? The Subframe spacers you had to modify them? Or you could assemble them without problems

One is an intake and the other is a cowl for the oil cooler
