Awesome job brother. Man the sound of that shrink wrap going around oh ya she’s singing tight!! I’m hoping to find a decent set of plans being over never used one before but they’re a slick idea. Thank you.
Just found your channel while searching for homemade bundlers to get some ideas for a build. This is fantastic thanks for sharing and i just subscribed.
Hi Mike!!😀😀 You did a great job on the Uper bundler 6000 !!😀😀👍👍 Kinda looks a little bit like the one Tony had at the frenzy. LOL!! I'm sure you took a little pattern design from it. But I won't tell if you don't. LOL!! Now you can go into business building them. The only thing is you will have to find a bunch of old arians snow blowers. Take care my friend!!😀😀👍👍💚💚 Logger Al
@@Lifeinthe906 I do think yours is better too. Any idea how many hours it took you to build it? I think yours is built more solid than the one Tony has.
@@aldredske6197 I have about 10 hours into building my bundler. I had no written plan I just started welding stuff together. If I build another one I think I could cut the build time in half.
@@Lifeinthe906 you could probably make pretty good money building some of them to sell to the firewood community we have here. The one Tony has isn't too badly priced but you could probably sell your model for half to two thirds what his costs and do pretty well.
This thing works great. I more than doubled my output. Getting the wrap to stay out of the way when you go to remove the bundle is the only fix that I can see.
Such a great build Mike, I'm sure that its going to make life a lot easier. Might we soon see the Yooper bundler 6000 in a store near us soon. Have a happy 4th
Hey Mike, You wouldn't happen to be related to Dr. Frankenstein?? Great job on the wrapper!! That bundler looks like it is going to wrap as good as the commercial build unit.🍻
Mike, I love everything about that bundler! My goodness, when you look at the price of one of the manufactured ones, you really nailed it! I may be tempted to copy your design..... Do I need to pay you trademark and copyright fees? 🤣🤣🤣
Hello Mike, Your workmanship makes that unit look like it was store bought, you did an incredible job, Can you give me an approximate idea of how many feet of box tubing required to build that because I have the tools and the technology to fabricate one myself. I have already acquired the pillow blocks and the wheels. Thx Mark
How wide is it How high and how long is the shaft with the counterweight on it. It’s looks like a very good unit you have built and I would like to build one Thanks
That is a great bundler Mike, love the valve spring off the Pontiac, you and Richy ought to get together and start production- he built a real nice portable, compact unit. How many hours you got in it?. Have a great Independence Day
Just ran across this video Mike. Great job on the bundler. I have the “John’s Welding” bundler which is a similar design. Just subscribed to your channel… don’t know why I wasn’t subscribed before 🤔. - Dick
No - this one is electric, cost nowt as well - and it's only the "mucking about" version - the next one will eat wood & spit bundles - they're built all wrong, including my one ^ - there's no need for any of the complexity & no need for the fancy shape. It can be done simpler & powered - I'll bang a video of the "not mucking about" version soon. Here's the current version: ruclips.net/video/ZvXk0rx43Fk/видео.html Wrap cost for volume is a factor - smaller, less & tighter wrap cuts costs - if you aim for a 4" roll putting on a 2" wrap when stretched to the max, your wrap cost becomes negligible.
Mike , that is one sweet bundler . It’s going to make you alot of money !!
I hope so . Thanks Del.
Mike nice job👍 You should call it the Johnny Cash bundler, After his song
“One piece at a time and it didn’t cost me a dime.”
I like that !!! Thanks Tony.
Really nice build, quick bundles
Thanks Oldtimer
Looks great Mike.. 😁👍
Thanks Daniel.
That is definitely a success. Great job!!!

Thanks David . You also.

Thanks. I hope we sell 1000 bundles!
Nice job fabbing that Yupper 6000!. Love seeing someone using stuff laying around and repurposing it. Really nice work!
Thanks Darren. I enjoy reusing things and making them useful again.
The Yooper 6000 Bundler works so well even a novice bundler can run it🪵😁 Nice job Mike.
Thanks much. I'm sure I'll get the hang of after 5 or 6 hundred bundles.

Hey Al. I got a pretty good source for the snowblowers! I already had mine built when I looked at Tony's. I think mine is better🤣🤣

How about the “Binford 6100 Super Bundler”. More power. Ho ho ho ho ho
And it has Pontiac parts too.. Tim Allen would be proud..🤣🤣😜👍
Haha that would work too!!
How do I place the order for a new bundler Mike
I'll put ya on the list Ken !!
Awesome bundler do you have the dimensions of it for it
Thanks Kevin. I can get any dimensions off you want. Let me know.
Nice looking machine, how do you keep the back part from spinning i was thinking of building one also
Thanks Larry. I just welded the shaft to the main upright. I put the shaft in a collar so I can grind the weld of easily if I need to disassemble it.

Hey Mike, where are you getting your wrap from
My brother orders it from Amazon.
Hello Mike, you did an amazing job building that . What size box tubing did you use and what was the wall thickness of it ?
Thx Mark
Thanks Mark. The main frame is 1 1/2 square tube. It's the thin wall stuff.

Your a heck of a fabricator, 10 hrs very impressive Take care
What’s your gear ratio
The small pulley is 5 inch and the large is 9 inch. It's what I had. Works pretty good!
