This is not a psoas release, 99% of videos on yt are just made up with no real xp.....you can't release your psoas it is DEEP within your anatomy, under a lot of other muscles and even organs so if you think laying on a tennis ball will release it, think again
@@sevprogramming Yes sharp pain is normal. It should be painful but not unbearable. If you feel pulsing, move the ball because you may be on an artery.
So much more cost effective than that silly psoas tool.
