Appreciate the video and review. I’m getting the Eliminator for my first bike in about a week. It’s nice to see you and so many others enjoying the first ride.
I have one. It's not really a cruiser, it's like a muscle cruiser sport bike. It handles great and has a long and strong power band and keeps picking up until about 10,000rpm and still pulls smoothly to redline at 12,000rpm. It's punchy and fun above 7000rpm. It's tuned for more torque down low then the z400. The one thing that you have to accept is the rear shock is stiff to give it such good handling, so you will have a broke ass if riding bad roads. My bike is the 400cc version
How well does the LED gauge light up at night? I see so many test rides with this kind of display and they're all during the day and the display looks tough to read in bright sunlight. Does it get any better in lower light?
@@jasonevans7260 it’s actually very easy to read, day or night, even in bright sun. Getting ready to hit the mountain twisties here in northern Thailand with mine in about an hour.
@@matt59fire it’s stiff because it’s stiff and it’s stiff because there’s only a small amount of travel. Don’t have anything to do with placement. Otherwise all cruisers would have stiff rear suspension, which isn’t at all the case.
@robertdorr6607 Yeah it most definitely is. Most cruiser on the market has comment sections full of ppl bitching about the suspension. I would definitely say most. Anything else cupcake? Are you offended? Shove it
Been looking at midsize cruisers, and the Eliminator at 451cc is the smallest/lightest that I've looked at. My right knee doesn't like being bent past 90deg, so I may opt for the Vulcan S or the Shadow Phantom with shaft drive. Nice video.
The vulcan s has the 650 ninja motor and does 115mph this has updated ninja 400 motor this being less areo dynamic than the ninja probably around 110mph

Congrats on the new ride!

Its stiff because the shocks are right under the seat just like most cruisers

Nice bike
What is top speed?
I'd guess 90-100 mph
Spec and a several reviews say 100 to 105 mph... only 10 mph slower than the Ninja 400. And 31 ft/lb torque... 7 more than the Ninja 400.
