Yeah my seat bracket is NOTHING like the 1 in this video... However I don't expect to even use the seat anyways so I guess that doesn't matter plus I'm pretty mechanically inclined so if I decide to ever put one on it I imagine I can figure out a way to make it work... I'm actually here cuz when I first found my seat post I was unsure of what it was for or how important it was so I came here looking for a video showing a piece like it being installed & am thankful to discover it's not important at all for me... I just want to add a few things while I'm here though! #1. Your QR code in your manual is not active anymore or doesn't work...I found my way here by manually typing in the link in my browser address bar so maybe fix that for ppl who are not that skilled at assembling things cuz the manual is just about as useful for assembly as it would be for toilet paper #2. If you have to create videos to help ppl assemble your product maybe make the products all identical so they can follow the instructions in your video cuz as I mentioned my seat pole & mounting bracket are NOTHING like what your video shows... Your seat pole & mine were just barely similar enough that I clicked on this video when trying to figure out what this item was for but the mounting bracket is ENTIRELY different especially considering mine isn't a single bracket but rather 2 separate brackets. & Finally #3. I would recommend spending more time/money on the manual you send with the scooter otherwise there's really no need to even bother killing the trees to put that almost completely useless information on. My advice is, Invest in a skilled translator & someone like a stenographer or something to type it out quickly & correctly & concentrate on everything that you thought about when you fabricated or created this scooter. I don't mean y'all have to give the blueprint or anything but concentrate on things that someone who couldn't figure out how to operate something as simple as like a hose clamp or something on par with that level of mechanical skill....Then put all that information onto a significant sized manual something that is at least 15-20 pages if not more! My guess is if you do that you wouldn't even have to make these videos & you would probably have much less customer support issues cuz I think a good well written manual is just about as important as anything when it comes to seriously complicated items or high prices products. Users don't want to spend this much money & find out the manufacturers could care less weather their customers figure out how to use the item... JMHO though obviously. Thanks for the great scooter though still I am excited to get it charged & experience it before the end of today.
