Whooooo did this yesterday and got my store up to 1,3k until shutting down the ads for the day. Profit margins started at 30%, went down to 20% but all of a sudden they dropped to breakeven. Shut the ads down around 10pm.

update: the cbo was a success, but since i am starting out i didnt have enough money to feed the surf scaling all the way. will have to wait for some payouts before i can scale with the same numbers as in the video. but we did make a profit! will keep duplicating cbos and surf scaling them daily little by little! thanks for the advice anthony!

You can't make a decision based on 1 day... The ads needs to run a minimum of 5-7 days and then make the call. You can make the call sooner if you're spending like $200+ a day BUT because you will get lot's of data.

Did this yesterday, worked super good, scaled to $3k a day with 1 CBO! Now my question, when I try to reduce the budgets at midnight from 2K a day to $100, tiktok wont let me. It just lets me set it to a limit of like $700. How do you work around this? Or do you just kill the campaign and make new ones every day?
Make sure it's after midnight, you can't reduce the budget below what you have spent that day, but midnight is a new day, meaning you've spent $0. Congrats btw!

just a genuine question. cause not everyone is able to load that much cash into tiktok ads in the beginning. if say we link our shopify and tiktok together, do tiktok deduct their fees from our sales on shopify directly and automatically?
Once you raise your budget to a certain level TT restricts how far you can lower the budget. You can't go from $1k daily to $100 without turning off the campaign. You can only drop it too like $800.@@dotcommarko

So everyday at midnight, budgets go back to $100. EVERYDAY. You repeat the daily scaling.
