Some pokitical decisions are infact 'big deal'. Reversing the situatuion of wide spread theaft is just one example. It is harder to pay the rent when your good is being stolen.
$ARE is crashing again(( I though I was smart buying at $120 but now it is at $105 and my decision doesn't look smart anymore. Not sure what is better to average down now or wait for
I bought it same like you. Market Sentiment is bad about the company and especially because of lower targets of analysts. I will just keep this stock, because this is strong company and lowering rates will help stock too. In meanwhile I will enjoy juicy dividend

It depends on what they end up doing with the fiber assets.
NNN looks attractive once it goes below 40 high 30s
CCI looks good below 100 closer to 95

You need to have a plan for different levels. Will reduce your stress and add clarity to your portfolio.

I thought I was smart buying ARE at 113. I’m personally going to buy more at 104. My last buy point will be 93.

Most reits currently are going down. Reality Income O dipped from $64 to $56. I'll wait for reits to settle then start to buy
