for $11000000 the bedrooms are awfully small its way to expensive give it a year and if it doesn't sell the price will drop dramatically, like much of dubai inflated prices and the bubble will soon deflate with a bang companies who have built these houses are quite insane! asking for these kind of prices
Home has amazing light details, pull down cabinets, enclosed glass closets, spacious walkways and that chef kitchen was amaze balls! Travertine does require a bit of maintenance and while you pointed out great natural light, it looked a little dim unfortunately IMO. Video was excellent and the presentation was definitely on point. Priced too high for me though.
